These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pnwporn.com and all related content, features, memberships, and services (collectively, the “Website”), operated by MP Media Group (“PNW Porn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Adults Only — Age Requirement

3. Memberships, Billing & Renewals
We offer recurring memberships (for example, monthly, 3-month, and 6-month plans) and one-time purchases. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle at the then-current price until you cancel. Membership prices, billing intervals, and included benefits are described at checkout and on our Pricing page.
- Streaming access is included with an active membership and continues only while your membership remains active and paid.
- Downloads and Pay-Per-View (PPV) rentals are separate purchases. PPV rentals grant temporary online viewing access for the period stated at purchase; downloads grant a personal-use license as described below.
- Cancellation. You may cancel a recurring membership at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You will retain access until then.
- We may change prices or plan features on a going-forward basis; material changes to a recurring plan will be communicated before they take effect.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details. You agree to the processor’s terms and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Charges may appear on your statement under a discreet billing descriptor. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. Refunds
Purchases of digital content and memberships are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, sales are generally final except as expressly stated in that policy or as required by law.
6. License & Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment, and to download content only where a download is expressly offered and purchased. You agree that you will not:
- copy, reproduce, record, screen-capture, distribute, publicly display, resell, sublicense, or make available any content to any third party or on any other website, platform, or service;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access-control, digital-rights-management, or age-verification measure;
- use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or harvest content;
- upload or transmit malware or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Website; or
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Unauthorized distribution of our content is a violation of these Terms and of applicable copyright law and may result in account termination and legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including videos, images, text, graphics, logos, and the PNW Porn name and marks — is owned by or licensed to MP Media Group and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
8. Performers & Consent
All performers appearing on the Website were at least 18 years old at the time of production and consented to the creation and distribution of the content. Records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained as described in our 2257 Compliance Statement.
9. Copyright / DMCA
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, or if you appear in content and wish to request its removal, contact us at support@pnwporn.com with sufficient detail to identify the material and your claim. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
10. Disclaimers
The Website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MP Media Group and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to access content ends immediately.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
